Return Policy
ProNet will accept returns of new unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase by following these simple procedures.  (No RA is needed!)

 Using a good carton or mailer, return package via insured US Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice.
Include a copy of the Invoice inside the package with the product being returned.  If you do not have a copy of the Invoice, please include the complete name/address/contact information.
 Send returns to: ProNet, Inc., 910 North Cambrian Ave., Bremerton, WA.  98312 USA (we do not accept CODs).
Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
If your merchandise was incorrectly shipped by ProNet the cost of returning the incorrectly supplied product will be reimbursed.

Shipping and Handling Policies

Regular
For Continental USA, Via UPS Ground or USPS Mail, every effort will be made to get your in stock ordered item order on its way the same day the order is made. In all cases, orders received by 4:00 PM PST for in stock items are shipped not later than the next working day.  Please allow at least 10 working days for shipments to arrive. Shipping to AK, HI, PR, Guam, & VI delivery could require up to 30 days.

Overnight Delivery
Via UPS. Every effort will be made to get your in stock order item on its way the same day the order is made.  In all cases orders received by 4:00 PM PST for in stock items are shipped not later than next working day.  Orders placed for next day delivery after 2:00 PM PST on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday (or working day in the case of a Monday Holiday).

2nd Business Day Delivery & USPS PRIORITY MAIL: No Saturday deliveries.

Via UPS and USPS - Every effort will be made to get your in stock order item on its way the same day the order is made. In all cases orders received by 4:00 PM PST for in stock items are shipped not later than next working day.  Additional charges apply for shipments to AK, HI, Guam, PR and VI (2-day delivery) - E-mail  info@pronetcycling.com for exact rates.
All Overweight and Oversize item charges apply for all shipments.

International Orders
Shipping & handling for all International Orders (except Canada) varies. Please contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-279-3793 (+1-360-782-2477) or by E-mail at info@pronetcycling.com for more information or questions.

Please Note: International orders will be processed and shipped once billing address verification has been obtained. The package must be shipped to the billing address. The verification may be verbally obtained from the card holder's bank. International shipping charges will apply for all International orders. You will receive an e-mail with shipping options and quotes for your approval. Your order will be processed when we receive a response indicating your shipping choice and approval of charges by you and your bank.

Tracking Shipments
Call our Customer Service number 1-800-279-3793 (+1-360-782-2477) or E-mail: info@pronetcycling.com and give your order number or, if your order was shipped UPS, you can track your order on line at UPS.COM with the tracking number that you received via the shipment confirmation e-mail/Invoice.

Tax Rates
For shipments to these states, we are required by law to collect sales tax. AZ: 5.60%, CA: 7.25%, CO: 2.9%, IL: 6.25%, GA: varies by county, MD: 5%, NC: 7%, OH: 6.5%, PA: 6%, TX: varies by city, VA: 5%, WA: varies by city/county, WV: 6%.
